The funeral took place on Wednesday of Mrs. Alice Bradshaw York, 11 St. Mary's Avenue, Rushden, who died at Wellingborough Park Hospital on Sunday. Aged 86, Mrs. York had been ill for two months. She and her late husband were proprietors of the "Louvre" for many years and went to Australia for a time on their retirement. Their daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Graham, lives in Sydney.
