Alfred White Deceased

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Statute 22 and 23 Vict. Cap. 35, that all creditors and other persons having any claim or demands upon or against the estate of Alfred White late of Rushden in the County of Northampton, Army Pensioner, who died on the 29th day of November last at Luton in the County of Bedford and whose will was proved by Henry White one of the Executors therein named, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His majesty’s High Court of justice on the 21st day of December last, are hereby required to send their claims to me before the 19th day of February next, after which date the executor will distribute the deceased’s assets among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have notice: and he will not be liable for any assets so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim they shall not then have notice.
