THE DEATH occurred on Saturday of Mrs. Kate Wheeler, wife of Mr. W. Wheeler, of Harborough-road, Rushden. The deceased, who was 46 years of age, had been in ill-health for some considerable time. A native of Rushden, she was the daughter of Mr. George Warner and was a director of the boot manufacturing firm of that name. She leaves a husband and one son in bereavement. Mrs. Wheeler was a member of St. Mary’s Church and had taken an active part in the work of the Sunday school. The funeral took place on Wednesday.
