Mrs. M. A. Robinson

Mrs. Mary Ann Robinson who passed away at Wellingborough on April 17, three weeks after the death oif her youngest brother, was buried at the Rushden Cemetery on Saturday, the committal being preceded by a service in the chapel, conducted by the Rev. Edwin Hirst, Vicar of St. Peter’s. Aged 87, Mrs. Robinson was a native of Rushden, being the eldest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Clayton. She spent many years at Bozeat and last resided at 88 Harborough-road, Rushden.

The chief mourners were Mr. Herbert Clayton and Mrs. E. Fox (brother and sister); Mr. Fred Fox and Mrs. L. Knight (brother-in-law and sister), Mr. Walter Clayton and Mrs Nellie Clayton (nephew and niece).

The arrangements were in the hands of Messrs. T. Swindall and Sons.
