Mrs. Roads

OBITUARY—The funeral took place on Thursday afternoon of the late Mrs. Roads, of Wellingborough-road, widow of the late Mr. Richard Roads, who was for many years steward at Rushden Hall. Deceased passed away on Sunday at the age of 79 years. The officiating clergyman was the Rector, the Ven. Arthur Kitchin, R.D).

The chief mourners were: Messrs. Harry, Frank, and Walter Roads (sons), Mrs. Walter Roads (daughter-in-law), Miss Ethel and Master Willie Roads (grandchildren), Mrs. Flint (niece), and Mrs. Clayton. A number of beautiful floral tributcs were placed on the coffin, sent by the family relatives, Mrs. Sartoris, Miss Sartoris, Mrs. Craven, Mr. H. Sartoris, Mr. A. H. Sartoris, Mr. and Mrs. Pettit, Mrs. Packer, Mr. and Mrs. Leading, Mrs. Whiteley and Mrs. Leading jun.
