William Pentelow, Rushden

One of a family of eight, William the eleven-years-old son of Mr and Mrs. Arthur Pentelow, of 9, Kilburn-place, Higham-road, Rushden, died at their home on Monday. He had been ailing for a considerable time. Mr. and Mrs. Pentelow and Mrs Kent, Mrs. Percival, Mr. A. Pentelow and Mr. G. Pentelow (brothers and sisters) attended the funeral at Rushden on Thursday, when the Rev. C. J. Keeler (Independent Wesleyan) officiated. In addition to wreaths from the family and neighbours was one from the Higham Ferrers Council School, where William used to attend.

Messrs. T. Swindall and Sons carried out the funeral arrangements.
