Mrs. Elizabeth Parker

The death occurred on Sunday of Mrs. Louisa Ward, widow of Mr. Abraham John Ward, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. H. Payne, 36 Robinson-road, Rushden. Mrs. Ward, who was 81 years of age, was a native of Stafford, and had been resident in Rushden for some four years. Two daughters are bereaved. The funeral took place on Wednesday.

Another octogenarian, Mrs. Elizabeth Parker (80), passed away on Tuesday at Church-street, Rushden. A native of Higham Ferrers, the deceased lived in Rushden since her marriage ten years ago to Mr. Samuel Parker. Her husband, two daughters, four stepsons, and three step daughters are bereaved.

THE INTERMENT took place yesterday week of Mrs. Elizabeth Parker, of 33, Church-street, whose death was recorded in our last issue. The Rev. C. J. Keeler officiated, and the immediate mourners were Mr. S. Parker (husband), Mrs. J. Cook, Mrs. E. Kemshed, and Mrs. E. Clayton (step-daughters), Mr. J. W. Hinde, of Leicester, Mrs. H. Windsor, and Mrs. C. J. Ward (friends). There were several floral tributes.
