Mr. Harvey Meadows

The funeral of the late Mr. Harvey Meadows, whose sudden death we reported in last week’s “Rushden Echo,” took place on Tuesday last. The Rev. E. G. Betenson (Curate) conducted an impressive service in the Cemetery Chapel and also officiated at the graveside. The principal mourners were:- Mrs. Meadows (widow), Messrs. V. and H. Meadows (sons), Mrs. V. Meadows (daughter-in-law), Mr. and Mrs. Longland (nephew and niece), Master and Miss Longland, Mrs. Lilley (sister-in-law). Among the floral tributes were a globe from Mrs. Meadows and Mr. H. Meadows, a globe from Mr. and Mrs. V. Meadows, a wreath from Mr. and Mrs. Longland and family, and a wreath from Mr., Mrs. and Miss Cartwright. Messrs. Clark and Sanders were the undertakers.
