Mr. C. D. Mason, Rushden

The death occurred on Monday of Mr. Charles Dunmore Mason, of Grove-road, Rushden. Mr. Mason was 75 years of age, and had been ill two months. He leaves a widow, Mrs. Agnes Mason, his second wife, and a daughter by his first marriage, Mrs. Robinson.

The funeral took place at Rushden on Thursday, when the Rev. T. W. Gill (Park-road Baptist) conducted a service at the house, also officiating at the graveside. The mourners were Mrs. Mason (widow), Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Robinson (son-in-law and daughter), Mr. and Mrs. J. Lack (brother-in-law and sister-in-law), Mrs. Holmes and Miss E. Harris (nieces), Mr. R. Holmes (nephew), Mr. W. Underwood (brother-in-law), Mrs. J. Smith (cousin), Miss A. Kingston, Mrs. Cannell Mrs. E. Barley, Mrs. F. Parker and Mrs. Clayton (friends).

The inscriptions on the floral tributes were as follows:
