An inquest on Mrs. Charlotte Lill, 77-year-old widow, who was found dead at her home, 145, Glassbrook Road, Rushden, on Wednesday morning, was held at Rushden Police Station on Thursday evening.

Mrs. Lill, who lived alone, was seen through the kitchen window by a window cleaner, Mr. Dunmore, of 107, Irchester Road. He gave the alarm, and Dr. W. Forrester, who was summoned, found that Mrs. Lill had an extensive wound.
