Mr. Arthur Joseph King, of 31 Sartoris-road, Rushden, passed away at Northampton General Hospital on December 9th after a short illness. He was 58.
Mr. King had resided in Rushden nearly all his life, and was for many years in the boot and shoe trade, last being employed by the Rushden Heel Co. He was a member of the Windmill Club, West End Club and British Legion.
The funeral took place at Rushden Cemetery on Saturday, the service being conducted by the Rev. E. E. Bromage (Mission Church minister). |
