Rushden Echo, 19th February 1926, transcribed by Kay Collins
Mr Arthur Harbour

Sudden Death—Mr Arthur Harbour, aged 64, of 62 Crabb-street, passed away very suddenly on Tuesday last. At ten minutes past nine he was “listening-in”, and at half past nine he had had a stroke and was seriously ill. The cause of death was a seizure and haemorrhage of the brain. Mr Harbour was not a native of Rushden, being born at Notton, but he had lived her for about 30 years.

When first coming to Rushden deceased worked as a finisher and then worked for Rushden Urban Council, and latterly he worked at the Chrome Tannery at Higham. There are left to mourn their loss the widow, one daughter and one son. The funeral took place this afternoon.
