After a comparatively short illness Mrs Agnes Mary Green passed away last Friday at her home, 38, Harborough-road, Rushden. Aged 69 years, she was the wife of Mr Claude Green, for many years engineer to the old Rushden Fire Brigade. She was born at Southgate, London, and had resided at Rushden ever since her marriage. The husband and one daughter, Mrs A J Frost, of 11, Hall-avenue, are bereaved. At the funeral, which was conducted by the rev R M Heard at the cemetery on Tuesday, the chief mourners were Mr C Green (widower), Mr and Mrs Frost (son-in-law and daughter, Mr and Mrs Salmon, New Southgate (brother-in-law and sister, and Mrs Reeves (friend).
