The death occurred on December 23rd, after a short illness, of Mrs Charlotte Ann Goode, wife of Mr William Goode, of 30, Little Street, Rushden.

Aged 79 years, Mrs Goode was a native of Astcote, Northants, and besides the husband leaves two daughters, Mrs Florence G Miller and Mrs Mary Sharp.

The funeral took place last Saturday, the Rev N P Goldhawk, of the Park Road Methodist Church, conducting the service at the home. The mourners were: Mr W Goode (widower), Mrs F G Miller (daughter); Mr E C Miller (son-in-law), Mrs Mary Sharp, Towcester (daughter), Mr J G Miller (grandson), and Mr Jim Heel, Northampton (cousin).
