Mrs. Fenlaide

SUDDEN DEATH—On Tuesday evening shortly before 6 pm, a sudden death occurred in Rushden. The wife of Mr. Richard Fenlaide, had been witnessing a funeral, after which she walked up High-street in the direction of the Bedford-road.

When near the "Wagon and Horses" she was overcome by a feeling of weakness and had to lean against the wall for support. Mrs. Wood, the landlady, perceiving this went to her assistance and helped her indoors. The means used for her restoration proving unavailing, Mr. Robinson's fly, was sent for to convey her home, but the unfortunate woman died before her residence could be reached.

The cause of death is supposed to be heart disease.
