Mr. Harry Byford, of 46 Roberts Street, Rushden, who died on March 3rd, was a member of the Rushden Athletic Club. He was aged 66 years and was a native of Ipswich. There is a widow, five sons and three daughters bereaved. The funeral service was conducted at the home on Thursday week by the Rev. Alfred Binney, Park Road Methodist Minister. The mourners were Mr. T. Byford and Mrs. J. Page, Mr. R. Byford and Mrs. H. Garrett, Mr. J. Byford and Mrs. E. Reynolds (sons and daughters), Mr. F. Garley and Mrs. T. Byford (nephew and daughter-in-law), Mr. J. Page, Mr. H. Garrett and Mr. E. Reynolds (sons-in-law) Mr. H. Martin (friend). Mrs. H. Byford, widow, who was indisposed and two sons Mr. H. J. Byford and Mr. G. Byford who were on active service were unable to attend.
