Funeral of Mr Cecil Brudenell

Death of an Ex-Soldier – Tributes of Respect
The funeral of the late Mr Cecil Brudenell, of 63 Queen-street, Rushden, whose death was reported in last week’s Rushden Echo, took place on Saturday. Deceased, who was 32 years of age, saw much active service in Italy during the war. An internal complaint having developed during the last twelve months, Mr Brudenell was removed to Northampton General Hospital, where he died on Wednesday. He leaves a widow and a little girl four years of age.

A native of Huntingdon, deceased had resided at Rushden for some years, and lately had been manager for Mr Wareing, outfitter, of Northampton.
