The funeral took place on Tuesday of little Miss Bessie Charlotte Boddington, whose death occurred on Saturday morning last from abscess on the brain, resulting from a gathered ear. Aged ten years and eight months, she was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Austin M Boddington, of 54, Newton-road, Rushden, and she had been ill in bed for a fortnight. The funeral service was conducted in the cemetery chapel by the Rev P E Robson (Rector), who also officiated at the graveside. The chief mourners were Mr and Mrs A M Boddington (father and mother) and three little sisters...........
