Capt. & Mrs Fraser
Capt. & Mrs Fraser
A very interesting wedding took place on Monday week at St. Peter’s Church, Rushden, the contracting parties being Miss Ivy May Garley, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Garley, of 31 Brookfield-road, Rushden, and Capt. George Saddler Fraser, of the Cameron Highlanders, son of Mrs. A. Fraser, of Inverness, Scotland. The bridegroom has served 13 years with the Colours, and saw much service in France during the war. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Ion Carroll (vicar). The groom’s brother, Pte. Donald Fraser, A.I.F., married the bride’s sister about six years ago, and is now serving in France.
