Miss Lilian Button
Coming of Age Party—Last night, at the B.W.T.A. Hall, a very enjoyable gathering took place to celebrate the coming of age of Miss Lilian Button, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Button, of York-road. About 40 guests enjoyed a capital spread, and the tables were very tastefully decorated by Mr. T. Cunnington, assisted by friends. A very pleasant “social” followed, the programme consisting of games, songs, and recitations, etc. Songs were sung by Miss Noble, Miss C. Button, Mr. G. Parker, and Mr. J. Greaves, and recitations were given by Mr. J. Hall, Mr. G. W. Button, and Mr. G. H. Button. The happy party broke up at 11.30. A large number of handsome presents were given.
