| On Tuesday at St Pancras Church, London, Mr J G Buckle, gentlemen’s outfitter, of High-St, Rushden, was married to Miss Minnie Dorcas Aylott, younger daughter of Mr Geo. Aylott, of Luton.
Owing to the unfortunate fire on the previous day when Mr Buckle’s premises were gutted—reported in full in this issue—the wedding was a quite one.
The bride was given away by her eldest brother, Mr W G Aylott; and she was attended by her sister, Miss Florrie Aylott, as bridesmaid. Mr Sydney Aylott, brother of the bride, was the best man, and the officiating clergyman was the Rev. C C Brookes.
