Yesterday, at St Mary’s Church, Rushden, the wedding took place of Mr Frederick Theodore Browning, son of Mr Theodore Browning, of Higham Ferrers, to Miss Margaret Thompson Reid, daughter of Mr J T Reid, of Wellingborough-road, Rushden.
The Ven. Athur Kitchin and the Rev. E W Suart officiated. Mr W Seckington carried out the duties of best man, and the bridesmaids were Miss Browning (sister of the bridegroom), Miss Dorothy Reid and Miss Ethel Reid (sisters of the bride).
The bride was given away by her brother, Mr Bernard Reid. Mr and Mrs Browning left by the 2.30 train for London, where the honeymoon is being spent.
