The barman at Rushden Windmill Club - the largest Working Men’s Club in the Midlands - Steward Ron Kemp draws another pint as committee man Mr F Warr raises his glass. With him (in the bow tie) is Windmill entertainments chairman, Mr Reg Dilley.
