Club Flower Show - Attractive Exhibition at Rushden Windmill

show officials
The club flower show season is approaching its end and it can truthfully be said that at the many exhibitions the produce on view has been first class quality. In a season which has been favourable to the growing of fine fruit and vegetables, the clubmen have shown that they have a more than useful knowledge of the art of allotmenteering. Our picture was taken at the Rushden Windmill Club Show last Saturday and gives a peep at some of the exhibits, besides introducing the officials of the show.

These onions did not need to plead, with tears in their eyes, for a prize at the Rushden Windmill Club show on Saturday. They were obvious winners, and the judge, with one in his hand seems very impressed.
