The handbook above was given to every scout attending; it has details of the camp, the site and the 1957 Jamboree Song written by Ralph Reader.
The book above detailed all the food rations for the week, a meal by meal menu they were to cook in each camp area. There were two issues of non-perishable rations on the first and sixth days of the Jamboree, with details of times to collect the rations. Each Troop was 32 strong. Each page had a slogan to help them keep the camp clean and tidy.
