ATHLETIC CYCLING CLUB—The members had a run to Kimbolton on Saturday. Sixteen members attended. They went by way of Newton and Yelden and returned through Stanwick.

LOCAL CYCLISTS were in evidence on Saturday at the Leicestershire Athletic Cycling Club sports. In the half-mile bicycle handicap, J. W. Sharp, of Rushden (40 yards) was second in his heat and J. D. Lovell, of Rushden (35 yards) third in his heat. The one-mile cycle handicap, open, was won by Baxter, of Birmingham (100 yards) by just a few inches. J. W. Sharp (80 yards) won the second prize, value £2 2s., and D. Nicholson, Rushden (105 yards) was fourth. J. Coward, Rushden (105 yards), also competed.

The Athletic Cycle Club had a record day on Sunday, when 25 members paid a visit to the United Trades’ Club, Northampton, by the members of which they were hospitably entertained.
