At the Wheat Sheaf Inn, Rushden on Thursday, the 25th day of January 1877 at six for seven o’clock in the evening by order of the Trustee of the Will of the late Mr. Joseph Pendered, deceased, subject to such conditions of Sale as will be then and there produced and in one or several Lots as may be determined upon at the tome of Sale.

All those TWO Copyhold Messuages of Tenements, fronting the main street in Rushden aforesaid, in the occupations of William Bollard and Joseph Bollard.

And also all those EIGHT copyhold MESSUAGES of Tenements, situate at the rear of the above, in the occupations of William Desborough, John Linnett, Thomas Whitehead, S. Brightwell, James Clark, W. Denton, T. Serjeant, and H. Underwood, together with the gardens, workshops and outhouses thereto belonging.

The whole estate is let at a moderate rental amounting to £44.15s.6d per annum.

The custom of the Manor of Rushden being fine certain, the Estate is almost equal in value to Freehold.

Lot 2 All those TWO copyhold MESSUAGES of Tenements, situated in Lion Terrace, Rushden, aforesaid, adjoining Lot 1 together with the workshops, barns, gardens and appurtenances thereto belonging in the occupations of Wm. Sanders (the proprietor) and Mr. Thomas Percival.
