Property Sale

A good company met at the Queen Victoria Hotel at Rushden, when several
investment properties in Rushden were offered for sale.

Nos. 120 – 124, Rosehill, Rushden, were sold at £1,075.

No. 73, Midland Road was purchased by Mrs. Pickering for the sum of £400, and
No. 1, Queen’s Terrace, by Mr. Barker at £190.

The auctioneer was Mr. John L. Wilson, F.A.I., of Rushden and Kettering.
