Newport Pagnell, 20th Jan. 1804

The Creditors of Thomas Darnel, late of Rushden, in the County of Northampton, Yeoman, are hereby requested to immediately transmit or deliver an Account or Statement of their respective Claims or Demands on the Estate of the said Thomas Darnel unto Mr. Arrowsmith, of Newport Pagnell, Bucks, Solicitor; in order that a Composition or Dividend may be forthwith ascertained and proposed to them, in Discharge of such their several Debts.—And all Persons indebted to the said Thomas Darnel, are hereby likewise required to pay the Debts or Sums, as respectively due from them to his Estate, unto the said J. Arrowsmith, for the Purpose aforesaid, within fourteen Days from the Date hereof, otherwise Proceedings will immediately thereafter be taken to compel Recovery of the same.

On the premises, at Rushden aforesaid, near Higham-Ferrers, on Thursday next, the 26th of January instant, 1804, under a Bill of Sale,

The Whole of the EFFECTS of Mr. Thomas Darnel; comprising one Cock of Hay, two Cows, Sheep, and Hogs; Timber and other Trees; also all the Household Furniture, comprising Bedsteads, Beds, Blankets, Drawers, Tables, Chairs, Pewter, Brass, and Furniture in general.

Also will be Sold by Auction, at the Green Dragon Inn, in Higham aforesaid, between the Hours of Five and Seven o’Clock in the Evening of the same Day,

A Messuage or Tennement, with the Barns, Stables, Yard, Garden, and Appurtenances thereto belonging, situate in Rushden aforesaid, in the occupation of the said Mr. Darnel, the Proprietor; together with an Orchard or rich Sward or Pasture Land adjoining the same; containing by Estimation two Acres, or thereabouts, with upwards of 60 Timber, Fruit an other Trees growing thereon.

The above Premises are in complete Repair, and immediate Possession will be given, if required.
