Agreement - Memorandum that
Has been this evening declared the purchaser of Lot
Of the Estates comprised in the within Particulars, at the sum of
And the said has paid into the hands of
the vendors Solicitors, the sum of
as a deposit, and in part payment of the
said Purchase Money, and the said Purchaser hereby agrees to pay the remainder of the said sum of unto the Vendors, on or before the Eleventh day of October next, and in all respects to fulfil the within Conditions of Sale. And the said do hereby acknowledge the said to be the Purchaser of the said Premises, at the price aforesaid, and do hereby agree that the Vendors will in all respects fulfil the within Conditions of Sale.
