Will sell by auction at the Coffee Tavern, Rushden, on Monday July 29th 1918, at 6 o’clock in the evening, precisely:-

By order of the Executors of the Will of Mr. George Miller, deceased.

All that very Valuable Freehold Double-Fronted Sale Shop, with the Dwelling House, Workshops, Stable and Garden, situate No. 14 High-street, Rushden, of brick and slate erection. This property is situated in the centre of town, where for many years a very large Ironmonger’s business has been conducted. The house and shop have recently been redecorated throughout and fit for immediate occupation.

Also all that very desirable Freehold Villa Residence, of brick and slate erection, with large garden, situate No. 18 Cromwell-road.

Also all that Freehold Sale Shop and residence, of brick and slate erection, situate at the corner of Portland and Cromwell-roads, in the occupation of Mr. James Knight, at a net rental of £20 per annum.

Also all those Six Dwelling Houses of brick and slate erection, situate Nos. 99 to 109 Portland-road, and producing a gross rental of £89 18s. 4d. per annum.
