The first house is called 'Hayway House' and Frank Newman lived here in the 1890s. Lot 1 is where 'Asholme' was built by architect Herbert Adnitt about 1900, and the house beyond Lot 5 is called 'Mason's Close', being the home of Mr G S Mason, the town clerk. | |||
