1761 A Terrier of Rushden Rectory

An Account of the outhouses & Glebe

A Dwelling house containing 4 bays of building in which are a Parlour Hall & Kitchin with a pantry & a Buttery or Ale Celler below Staires & 4 Chambers with One Closet & Study above & Also 3 garrets over two of the chambers & ye Passage to them also one Bruehouse adjoyning to the Dwelling house with a small Beer Cellar in the same and a Loft above the said Bruehouse also

A garden walled round at the west end of the house and Small courtyard before the house a barn yard or yard or Close adjoining to the same Containing a bout half an Acre One barn of 3 bays one Dovecoat one Stable 2 bays one Tenement a small Distance from the Dwellinghouse with A yard before it Now in the Occupation of Wid Freeman

One Close of Pasture parted from the yard with A common Lane containing with the hedges by estimation 3 Acres abuting one ye said Lane west & ye Common field east or Northeast Jos Tap North Wiles South two Hogstys
