August 1 1720 - Rushden in the County of North'ton and Diocese of Peterborough and Deanery of Higham Ferrers
A Terrier of all the glebe lands and meadows houses out houses &c with an account of the small Tythes and manner of paying them as also what modus or compotitions are paide for the same to the Minister of the said Parish given in August 2nd 1720

Imprimis A dwelling house containing four bays of building, in which are parlour, Hall and Kitchin with a Pantry and buttery or ale seller below staires and four Chambers with one closet and a study above.
Also three garrets over Two of the Chambers, and the passage to them.
Also one Brewhouse adjoining to the dwelling house, with a small-beere seller in it, and a loft above the said Brewhouse.
Also a garden walled Round at the west end of the house, and a small court yard before the house, a Barn yard and also another yard or close adjoining to same containeing about halfe an Acre of Grounds. Also one Barn of three bays of building, one Dovecoate, one stable two bays, one Tenement a small distance from the dwelling house, the common street lying between them, the said Tenement have a yard before it fenced with a dead hedge, being now in the tenure of William Burgess. One Close of pasture also parted from the homestead by a common lane, the said lane west or south west, the Common feild North East, Joseph Tapp North Wiles South, fenced with a quick hedge from top to bottom next to Joseph Tapp and all the saide fence hedge and belonging to the said close and also all fences and wood in them at both ends and two parts in four of the fences wood and trees growing in them next to a close called Wiles's Close.
There are also Two hogstyes belonging to the said homestead in the Barn yard.
This is a True Terier of the Glebe Lands, houses, outhouses &c
