Imp: a Dwelling House Containing four Bays of Building With two Gardens Walled Round and a Court Yard before the House a Yard or Close adjoyning to the same Containing about half an acre one Barn of three Bays one Dovecoat one Stable 2 Bays one Tenement a Small Distance from the Dwelling House now in the occupation of Wid. Freeman one Close of Pasture parted from the Yard with a Common Lane Containing with ye Hedges by Estimation 3 Acres also 26 Acres one Rood & half of Glebe lying Dispersed in the Peverall feilds of Rushden with seven swaths Eleven Draughts & 3 Tythe Peices of Meadowing.

Imprimis The Site of ye Rectory containing 7 bays of Buildings in which are Parlour Hall Kitching & Brewhouse with Pantries 4 Chambers a Study & Closet 3 Garrets & Loft over ye Brewhouse a little Garden at ye South West end of ye house a small court yard before ye house a yard & small close adjoining to ye same about half an acre one Barn of three bays a dovecoat a stable of two Bays & an hogsty one Tenement of 2 Bays a small distance from ye said house ye street way on one side & a brook on ye other with a yard before it now in ye tenure of Wd Burges one Close parted from ye said homested by a common Lane containing with ye hedges by Estimation three acres.
