This Conveyance is made the thirteenth day of July One thousand nine hundred and thirty-six Between Walter Herbert Dilley of ‘Hardhill’ Wymington Road Rushden in the County of Northampton Builder (hereinafter called the Vendor) of the first part The Wellingborough Investment Building Society incorporated under the ‘Building Societies Act 1874’ at having its chief office at Wellingborough in the County of Northampton (hereinafter called the Society) of the second part and Frederick Charles Craker of Number 144 Cromwell Road Rushden aforesaid Clicker (hereinafter called the Purchaser) of the third part Whereas at the date of the Mortgage hereinafter mentioned the Vendor was seised of the property hereinafter described and intended to be hereby assured for an estate in fee simple in possession free from encumbrances And Whereas by the Mortgage and Further Charges (hereinafter called the Mortgages) specified in the Schedule hereto and all made between the vendor of the one part and the Society of the other part (inter alia) the said property hereinafter described and intended to be herby assured was demised by the Vendor to the Society for the term of three thousand years by way of Mortgage for securing payment to the Society of the principal sums and interest therein mentioned And Whereas the Vendor has agreed with the Purchaser for the sale to him of the said property hereinafter described for an estate in fee simple in possession free from encumbrances at the price of Four hundred and sixty five pounds And Whereas it was agreed that three hundred and eighty pounds part of the said purchase price of Four hundred and sixty five pounds should be paid to the Society in part satisfaction and discharge of the said principal sums and interest so owing to the Society as aforesaid and that the sum of Eighty five pounds residue of the said purchase price should be paid to the Vendor and that the Society should .......

....But subject nevertheless to and with the benefit of the covenants as to fencing and the mode of building on the said property contained in a certain conveyance dated the nineteenth day of June One thousand nine hundred and thirty five and made between William Wilson Smith of the one part and the Vendor of the other part so far as the same relate to and now affect the said property hereby concerned......

....surrender and release unto the Purchaser All That piece or parcel of land situate in the Parish of Wymington in the County of Bedford and having frontage of twenty seven feet six inches or thereabouts to the main road leading from Wymington to Rushden and being in width at the rear twenty seven feet six inches or thereabouts which said plot of land is for the purpose of identification only delineated and now particularly described on the plan drawn hereon and thereon coloured pink Together with the semi-detached messuage or tenement with the outbuildings thereto belonging erected on the said plot of land or upon some part thereof (the housewall dividing the said messuage hereby concerned from the adjoining message on the north being a party wall and maintainable as such) And (together only with the benefit od And Subject to the existing system of drainage) To Hold the same Unto the Purchaser in fee simple...........
