                                                to Mr Jeremiah KNIGHT
                                                Enfranchisement of Lands Copyhold
                                                of the Manor of Rushden.

In consideration of the sum of £15 Messuages Lands and tenements comprising 2483 square yards or thereabouts in Rushden abutting towards the East on Duck Street admitted tenant by the description following All that messuage cottage or tenement situate standing and being in Duck Street in Rushden aforesaid formerly in the tenure or occupation of Thomas DENTON afterwards of William SYKES then of Wiles DENTON then of John SARGEANT then of Thomas STEVENS then of Joseph DAY and then or late of Jeremiah KNIGHT the house and premises sometime since in the tenure or occupation of Joseph STURGES then of Benjamin PARTRIDGE and then belonging to Thomas BOLTON and then or late in the tenure or occupation of John RADBOUNE North a little tenement formerly belonging to the said Joseph STURGES then to Sarah the wife of John CLARKE and then to John COX and a close formerly John ACHURCH’s afterwards William ACHURCH’s and then belonging to Adam Corrie KEEP South And also all that other messuage or tenement situate standing and being in Rushden aforesaid adjoining to the South End of the first mentioned messuage cottage or tenement but since laid into and forming part thereof formerly in the tenure or occupation of Philip CUNNINGTON then of the said Thomas STEVENS and then of the said Joseph DAY together with a Close or Pightle belonging to the said premises the ground formerly of the said Joseph STURGES then of Thomas FISHER and then of John RADBOURNE North and the ground formerly of Thomas FISHER and then of the said John COX South with a free border Two feet wide on the North side the fence of the said Pightle formerly in the tenure or occupation of the said Thomas DENTON afterwards of the said William SYKES afterwards of the said Wiles DENTON afterwards of William CODGEBROOK afterwards of Thomas STEVENS late of Joseph DAY and then of the said Jeremiah KNIGHT All which said hereditaments were more particularly delineated and described on the Plan drawn in the margin of a Surrender and thereon coloured pink to which said hereditaments (with other hereditaments) was out of Court admitted tenant on the nineteenth day of August one thousand eight hundred and seventy one.
