MR. W. H. DILLEY to land situate in Wymington Road Rushden in the County of Northampton,

October 1929. BY CONVEYANCE of that date made between the said Caroline Mary Sartoris and Arthur Hugh Sartoris (thrinar called "the vendors”) of the one part and John Willmott of Rushden in the County of Northampton Farmer (thrinar called "the Purchaser" of the other part

AFTER RECITING under and by virtue of the documents acts and events specified in the First Schedule thrunder written the vendors were seised in fee simple upon trust for sale of the property described in the Second Schedule thereto AND AFTER RECITING agreement for sale at the price of £2000

IT WAS WITNESSED that in pursuance of the said agreement and in consideration of the sum of £2050 paid etc. (the receipt etc.) the Vendors as trustees thereby conveyed unto the Purchaser

ALL THOSE the freehold properties situate at Rushden in the County of Northampton forming part of the Rushden Hall Estate known as Hilly Farm and more particularly described in the Second Schedule thereunder written Excepting out of the Conveyance thereby made all such mines and minerals as were situate under the property thereby conveyed the said property then having been formerly Copyhold of the Manor of Rushden

TO HOLD the same UNTO the Purchaser in fee simple

ACKKOWLEDOMEHT with regard to the Probate of the Will of Herbert Sartoris also Certificates of Redemption of Land Tax and all other documents specified in the First Schedule thereunder written

THE FIRST SCHEDULE thereinbefore referred to

24th October 1896.  Will of Herbert Sartoris formerly of Weekley near Kettering in the County of Northampton .................

ALL THAT close of freehold land situate in, and then having a frontage to Wymington Road Rushden aforesaid of 590 feet or thereabouts and containing In area 8.087 acres or thereabouts being Mod. 9, on the Ordnance Map 1926 Edition for Fushden aforesaid All which said property was conveyed unto the Mortgagor in fee simple by a Conveyance bearing date the 25th day of March 1937 and made between Martha Willmott of the first part the said Martha Willmott and Leonard Willmott and John Harry Willmott of the second part National Provincial Bank Limited of the third part and the Mortgagor of the fourth part and which said property was for the purpose of identification only and not by way of limitation or enlargement delineated on the plan drawn thereon and thereon coloured Pink

EXECUTED by the Mortgagor and attested BY RELEASE of this date made between the said Martha Willmott of Rushden in the County of Northampton Widow Leonard Willmott of Rushden aforesaid Farmer and John Harry Willmott of Rushden aforesaid Farmer (thereinafter called "the Mortgagees") of the one part and the said Walter Herbert Dilley of Wymington in the County of Bedford Builder (thereinafter called "the Mortgagor") of the other part
