In this small project there are nine 2 bed flats, built with a wood frame and brick construction, by Parrott Construction and Prestige Brickworks and Scaffolding.
The flats have been built for Rockingham Forest part of Grand Union housing group in partnership with ENDC.
It has been funded by the Department for Communities and local government.

The first garage on this site, opposite the 1966 precinct, and next to the Hall Park entrance, was Alan Pond's followed by this BP garage. After the garage closed, the site stood derelict for many years and was an eyesore on the approach into the town from the south.
