Parklands was built in 1998 when the three practices at Adnitt Road Medical Centre had outgrown the premises there.
"Blue Practice" relocated here on the old Rushden Hospital Site, off Wymington Road.
"Green Practice" remained at for another five years at Adnitt Road medical centre. In 2003 they became Harborough Field Surgery and moved to a new build, Newton Road next to Rushden Cemetery.
"Yellow Practice" is now the sole occupier at Adnitt Road.
