Herbert Stainer Baker—Church Street, Rushden; son of the late George Philip Baker, of Southsea; born at Southsea, December 25th, 1864; educated at Southsea, and Charing Cross Hospital; Member Royal College of Surgeons; Licentiate Royal College of Physicians. Late House Surgeon Charing Cross Hospital; Surg.-Captain 4th Vol. Batt. Northamptonshire Regiment; Hon. Surgeon to the St. John Ambulance Association; Medical Referee to several assurance societies; Member of the British Medical Association. Recreations: motoring, golf, tennis, and is a member of the Motor Union. Married, in 1897, Minnie, daughter of the late John Bond Body, of Plymouth, and has one daughter, Muriel, born April 10th, 1899.
