Ellen Warren 1636 will

The will nuncupative of Elen Warren late of Rusden deceased
The said deceased in November 1636 being weak in body but of perfect mynde and memorie did declare and make her last will and Testament by worde of mouth as hereafter followeth First she gave and bequeathed to Mary Wiats daughter Elen (being her godchild) a Table, a bed, and one hilling or Coverlid & the better parte of her Linnen And the rest of her goodes & Chattells she gave and bequeathed to her brother Richard Tansor, her sister Alce Siblie and her sister Mary Wiatt aforenamed to be equallie devided amoungst them. And appointed the said Mary Wiatt to be her Executor, and to distribute her goodes In the presence of widdowe Baricke Judeth Gurrey and the wife of Arthur Curtis of Rushden

The said Mary Wiatt being an old impotent women and not able to travaile hath deputed in her stead Edmund Siblie of Thingden to prove this will & to deale therein according to lawe.
