of June I Thomas Spery of Rushden in the Countie of Northampton

husbandman holle of mynde & good remembrance syck in body & ferynge the

folowenge Fyrst I bequethe my soulle unto allmyghtye god to owre lady

saynt Mary & to the holly co[m]pany of hevyn and my body to be buryed within the

churche of Rushden also I bequethe to the hyghe alter in Rusheden xx d
