IN HIS MAJESTY'S HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE The Principal Probate Registry

BE IT KNOWN that Benjamin Scroxton of Denmark Road Rushden in the County of Northampton died on the 19th day of February 1915 at Denmark Road aforesaid AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament (a copy thereof is hereunto annexed) of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice and that Administration of all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Mary Elizabeth Scroxton widow the relict of deceased the sole executrix named in the said will. And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said Estate within the United Kingdom (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £884.14.1.

This is The Last Will and Testament of me Benjamin Scroxton of Denmark load Rushden in the County of Northampton Leather Stainer and I hereby revoke all former testamentary writings I give all my property to my wife Mary E1izabeth Scroxton absolutely and I appoint my Wife to be Sole Executrix of this my Will in witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand the 25th day of June 1898,

Signed by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time and who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other hath hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
