This is the last Will and Testament of me William Sanders of Rushden in the County of Northampton Glover as follows that is to say First I direct that all my just Debts legacies Funeral and Testamentary Expences shall be fully paid and satisfied by my Executrix hereinafter named I give and devise unto my wife Sarah Ann Sanders and her Assigns for and during the terms of her natural life All and every my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (the customary or Copyhold parts whereof I have already duly surrendered to the use of my will) And from and after her decease I give and devise the same Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments unto my Brother John Sanders and his Assigns for and during the term of his natural life And from and after his decease I give and devise All and every my said Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate unto and to the use of William Baker the son of William Baker of Rushden aforesaid Butcher and to his Heirs and Assigns forever I give and bequeath unto my said Brother John Sanders All my Cloathes and Wearing Apparel whatsoever whereof I shall die possessed I also give and bequeath unto my said Brother John Sanders so much of my Stock in Trade as will amount in value to the sum of Twenty Pounds which I desire may be assigned over to him by my Executrix hereinafter named within one Calender Month next after my decease And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or sort soever the same shall or may consist at the time of my decease I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my said wife Sarah Ann Sanders her Executors and Administrators to and for her and their own use and benefit And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Sarah Ann Sanders sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament And hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made I do declare this present writing to be and contain my only true last will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the twenty fifth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and five.
