Miss Fanny Robinson will 1833

This is the last Will and Testament of Miss Fanny Robinson of Rushden in the County of Northampton I give to my Sister Ann Presland my best bed together with the furniture compleat also I give to my Sister Ann Presland a Field at Burton Latimer adjoining the Meeting House together with all my Apparrel and all my Plate of which she shall be intitled too twelve Months after my Decease providing Ann Robinson now Presland should leave this World before the expiration of twelve months then my Will is that what I have bequeathed unto her shall be equally divided between between my two Brothers John and Rice Robinson also I devise to my Sister Ann Robinson now Presland the yearly Interest of fifty Pounds as long as she continues a Widow to be paid her by the Executor of this my Will hereinafter mentioned I give to my Brother Rice Robinson that part of the Black-smiths House and shop and plot of Ground adjoining situate at Burton Latimer in the County of Northampton twelve months after my Decease I give to my Brother Frances Robinson ten pounds twelve Months after my Decease I give to my Brother George Robinson five Pounds twelve Months after my Decease I give to my Brother John Robinson all My Money Security for Money all that I do all be possessed with interested in or intiled to at my Death exep the aforesaid Cases respecting my Sister Ann my Brother Rice my Brothers Frances and George Robinson my Brother John Robinson giving me a decent Burial and I do make constitute and appoint my said Brother John Robinson full and soul Executor of this my last Will in Witness whereof I have set my Hand and Seal the first Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two

On the eighteenth day of November 1833 John Robinson of Rushden in the County of Northampton farmer, the sole Executor named in the within Will, was then sworn well and faithfully to fulfil the same according to law; and that the Goods Chattels and Credits of the within named deceased at the time of her death, which happened on the 7 day of December 1832, did not amount in value to the sum of £200.
