John Richardes - 1613 will

In the Name of god amen the xxviijth day of January in Ano Dmi 1612 I John RICHARDES of Rushden in the county of North yeoman being sicke in body by the visitacion of god but yet in good and perfect memory god be praysed there fore do make & ordaine this my testament whearin is Contained my last Will in Manor & forme following First I give and bequeth my Soule into the hands of Almightie god my heavenly father and to Jesus Christ his only Son my Redemer and to the holie gost my Sanctifier by whom and in whom I trust to be Saved and to have forgivenes of all my Sines Itm I Give and bequeth to the poore people of the Towne of Rushden xxs to be payed unto them Immediately after my decesse at the discretion of myne Executrix Itm I give and bequeth unto Master WHISHTON xs Itm I give and bequeth unto my Sonne John RICHARDS xx£ of Lawfull English money to be payed him when he shall come to the age of xxjth yeares Itm I Give and bequeth unto my Son Sammuell xx£ to be paied him in like manner Itm I give and bequeth to my Son Joseph xx£ to be payed him also at xxjth yeares of age Itm I Give and bequeth to my daughter Elizabeth xx£ of Currant English Money to be payed her when She shall come to the age of xxiiijth yeares Itm I give and bequeth unto my daughter Mary xx£ of good & Lawfull money of England to be payed her when she commeth to the age of xxiiijth yeares Itm I Give and bequeth unto Mary My Wife all such bonds whearin on Master Willm FitzJeffery standeth bounden unto me the saied John RICHARDS with all such conditions as in the same bondes doth and maye more plainely Appeare: Further my will is that if any of my Children depart this world before they have Received their Legacie then the legacie of him or her so Departed shall remaine amongst all the Rest Survivors Itm I give to either of my Servants iijs iiijd a peece to be payed them within six moneths after my Decesse Itm I give to John LAWFORD xijd and to John CURTICE xijd Itm My Will is that the pales about the Garden and the [lauste] yet unfinished: the Stable plankes Racks and Mangers shalbe lefte unto myne heire in good and Sufficient repaire at the Discretion of Two indifferent men Also my will is further is that all the Hauvolls in and abought the Yard shalbe left wholly unto myne heire in good and Sufficient repaire Itm all the Rest of my goods and Chattels unbequethed I give and bequeth unto Mary my wife wife Whom I Make my Soale Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament to see my debts payed and all funerall and other expenses discharged and with that this shalt stande & non other nor otherwise.
