This is the last will and testament of me Daniel Pressland of Rushden in the county of Northampton as follows – I give and devise unto my Dear Wife Ann Pressland all my real and personal property of whatsoever nature or kind soever in the kingdom of England or elsewhere for her own use and then own disposal hereby charging my personal property with the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I also constitute and appoint Mr William Griffin of Thrapston in the said county sole executor of this my last will and testament - in witness thereof I have set my hand this thirty first day of January one thousand eight hundred and thirty
