my testament & last wyll under forme & manner following ...
First I bequeath my sowell unto almighty god our blessed ...
& to all the company of hevyn & my body to be buried
within the churche yard of our lady of Rusheden. Also I bequeath
for my mortuary as manner is there. Item I bequeath to ...
