In the name of god amen I Thomas Pharaoh of Rushden in the County of Northampton day labourer do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form as followeth first I bequeath my soul into the hands of Almighty god my maker and my body to be buried within the churchyard of Rushden.
Imprimis I give to Steven Pharaoh my eldest son 5s to be paid by John Pharaoh and Thomas Pharaoh my sons after my decease and my wifes Item I give to Steven Pharaoh son to Steven Pharaoh 5s to be paid in like manner by John and Thomas Pharaoh after my decease and my wifes
Item I give to Annis Gell wife to William Gell and this to be paid by John Pharaoh and Thomas Pharaoh after my decease and my wifes.
Item I give to Willaim Gell son to William Gell 5s to be paid in like manner by John and Thomas Pharaoh after my decease and my wifes.
Item I give to Elizabeth Pharaoh my youngest daughter £6 to be paid by John and Thomas Pharaoh after my decease and my wifes and my will is that if she shall remain in my now dwelling house if she be so contented so long as she keeps her self unmarried and then if she marry with her friends consent to have this portion of £6 to be paid her at the day of Marriage by John and Thomas Pharaoh my two sons.
Item I give to Alice my wife whom I make my sole Executor all the rest of my goods and chattels unbequeathed and to enjoy them so long as she keeps her self unmarried but if she marries my will is that my two sons John and Thomas Pharaoh is to have them equally divided between them Also my will is that all the other my debts and funeral charges shall be satisfied by my Executor
